This checklist is used by a Nights Away Assessor to ensure you meet the criteria for the category of Permit for which you are applying. Applicants should refer to the checklist to help ensure that they are prepared for assessment. It will also give an indication of any evidence that should be gathered in readiness for assessment, such as camp planning documents, menus, programmes etc.

NA Permit Appl 1.doc
This is the standard application form for those wishing to apply for their first Nights Away Permit.

NA Permit Appl 2.doc
This additional form should be used to list further camping experience and should be used in conjunction with the form ‘NA Appl 1’.

NA Renewal Appl.doc
Use this form should for all renewal applications.
